This Privacy Policy explains what information SparkyHub collects, how it is used, and the choices available to customer companies and their users.
Information We Collect
SparkyHub collects and stores:
- account information such as name, email address, phone number and company details
- business information entered by customers, including projects, people, schedules, time records, safety documentation, purchasing and financial records
- files uploaded by customers, including documents, photographs and attachments
- technical information needed to operate the service securely, such as sign-in events and error diagnostics
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide and operate the platform, authenticate users, deliver requested emails and documents, support customers, maintain security, and improve reliability. SparkyHub does not sell customer information.
Who Can See Your Information
Business information entered into SparkyHub belongs to the customer company. It is visible to authorized users of that company according to the permissions the company grants, and is separated from other companies' information.
SparkyHub personnel may access customer information only where reasonably necessary to operate, support or secure the service, or where required by law.
Service Providers
SparkyHub relies on infrastructure and email service providers to host data and deliver messages. These providers process information only to provide those services.
Employee and Personal Information
Customers who enter personal information about their employees or other individuals are responsible for having the authority to do so and for informing those individuals as required by applicable privacy law.
Security
Access is authenticated, information is separated by company, and access controls are enforced on the server. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and customers remain responsible for managing user access and maintaining their own backups.
Retention
Customer information is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, security and operational requirements. Customers may request deletion of their information by contacting SparkyHub.
Your Choices
Customers may access, correct or export information through the platform, and may contact SparkyHub with privacy requests, including requests for access to or correction of personal information.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated. Material changes increment the privacy policy version, and users will be asked to review and accept the updated policy before continuing to use the platform.
